Meditation Form 01
What is it?
Focus meditation — also called samatha meditation — is one of the oldest and most effective forms of meditation. You learn to consciously focus your attention on a single point: the flow of breath, a body sensation or a mental object.
When the attention wanders — which it inevitably will — you bring it back gently and without judgment. Over time, this simple principle trains deep mental stability, inner clarity and the ability to stay centered even in stressful moments.
In our 1:1 sessions, we adapt the technology exactly to you. Not only will you learn the practice itself, but you’ll also understand why it’s so powerful — and how to integrate it into your everyday life.
